Anyone wishing to speak at a meeting shall register with the Scioto County Public Library by submitting a request with your Name, Contact info, the subject to be addressed and which meeting you wish to speak – either in writing/print to staff or emailing to director@yourppl.org no later than Wednesday, March 19, 2025 by 5:00 pm.

All speakers will have 3 minutes to address the Board.
