Wurster Drug Company was founded on April 1, 1897 by George and John Wurster, when they purchased the Enos Reed Pharmacy at Second (2nd) and Court Streets. In 1903 they moved to Chillicothe Street, then in 1962 opened the Kinney's Lane store. In 1973 the Chillicothe Street store closed and was sold to Ward Miller. In 1977 Russell Harsha purchased the company. </text>
