Voter Registration

The National Voter Registration Act (1993) requires public libraries to provide eligible citizens the ability to register to vote and assist with the registration process. The Scioto County Public Library is proud to serve as an official registration site.

Library Services Provided

Every branch within the Scioto County Public Library system offers free voter services:

Access to paper and digital voter registration forms.
In-person assistance filling out registration paperwork.
Secure collection and submission of forms to the local Board of Elections.

Registration Process

Submit your form digitally or complete a physical paper document:

Digital Submit online via the state portal.

Paper Download, print, and return to any SCPL branch.

Pick Up Physical blank copies are available at all library desks.
