Report a Blocked Website

If you are receiving an “ERR_CONNECTION_RESET” error when trying to access a website from within a library location, please use the form below to report it to our IT Department.

Why is this site blocked?

Our firewall checks the security of every website visited on our network. If a website uses an ID that is expired, fake, or issued by an untrusted source, the firewall automatically blocks the connection to protect the network.
