Celebrate creativity and country at the Wheelersburg Library! Children are invited to join us for a fun art program where they will paint patriotic rocks in honor of United States Semiquincentennial, also known as America 250.  Kids will decorate rocks with bright red, white, and blue designs, stars, flags, and other patriotic symbols. These colorful creations can be taken home or shared in the library garden.
