Join us at the Wheelersburg Library for a fun and creative children’s craft program! Kids will paint their own beautiful winter scene featuring snowy birch trees using simple techniques and lots of imagination. All materials are provided, and no experience is needed.  Just bring your creativity and be ready to make some wintery art to take home!
