This image, dated between 1926-1930, shows Phil Wolff Clothing which was a branch of the main store on Chillicothe street. He closed it in 1932. In the image:

White’s Drug store was located next door at 4148 Gallia.
Glassman Notions (which was the 5 & dime) was at 4146 Gallia.
