It was also known as the Sixth (6th)/Seventeenth (17th) Street Belt Line. Plans were to complete the belt line around the city. A Portsmouth map from the early 1900's shows Samuel B. Timmonds owned property on Kinneys Lane at the east side of Greenlawn Cemetery.
