The second Masonic Temple (top) was built in 1906 at the corner of Chillicothe and Fourth (4th) Streets. It had five floors and was partially destroyed by fire in December 1925. It was rebuilt to only four floors to house Kobackers Department in 1928 and Desco in 1981; E. N.
