This statement letter is addressed to Nick A. Argeros, the owner of Select Dairy located at 710- 712 Campbell Avenue, Portsmouth, Ohio. The statement shows a balance due for 1928 through 1931. The total came to fifty dollars.

Construction began in the spring of 1916 and the first train crossed July 1917. Construction was overseen by the McClintic-Marshall Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The bridge is 3463 feet in length allowing trains of the CSX Railroad to pass over the Ohio River.
