Purdum, Attorney.

Opened in 1899 as a men's clothing store Burt, Hall & Co., it held various offices and organizations before 1922 when Lewis Furniture moved in. From about 2012 until 2016 the Elite Institute of Cosmetics was in the building. Shawnee State University acquired the building in 2017.
