Photo image of scanned scrapbook page. The York Portland Cement Plant; B & O Railroad Tracks. The company began operations in Yorktown in New Boston on July 1, 1907. The tracks were laid n April, prior to opening. It was sold in 1913 to Ironton Portland Company after going into receivership in 1910.
