Colorized lithographic image of a horse drawn carriage crossing the Second (2nd) Street Scioto River Bridge coming from the "bottoms" with the Scioto River. This was the Fifth (5th) bridge over the Scioto at this site and was completely washed out by the 1913 Flood. It was replaced in 1915 by the Sixth (6th) bridge that was in use until 1997.
