The new owners had purchased the old brewery building to restore and convert the structure into an arcade with specialty shops and a restaurant.The interior with its paved walkway, arches and lanterns was reminiscent of a German village. Specialty shops lined the walkway.
The Breece Manufacturing Company produced veneer tops, panels, table rims, and wheel stock. The office and the mills were both located in Eastern Portsmouth.
