Bottom: Residence of Hon. N. W. Evans, located on Third (3rd) Street between Sinton and Waller Streets. Evans enlisted in the 129th Ohio Volunteer Infantry in June of 1863 and wrote and compiled "A History of Scioto County, Ohio Together with a Pioneer Record of Southern Ohio," published in 1903. This image of Evans' house was cut from a publication.
