Colored photo of cars driving down Chillicothe Street. American Savings bank is shown. From 1918 to 1938, the building was Smoke House Billiards and Cigars. In 1939, it became the American Building and Loan Association. By 1994, its name had changed to the American Savings Bank. In 2019 People's Bank took over the location.

On the right hand side of the image, only the sign can be seen for the Ohio Valley Bank at 519 Chillicothe. Then Malavazo's, then W. A. Pepper at 517 Chillicothe.
