Black and white photo image of unknown individuals standing in front of a stall with "Piedmont Cigarettes" on the front of it for the Frank Stanton Smoke House. On the back, it says the picture was taken during the Korn Karnival in Portsmouth. Also written is several years and the address for the smokehouse, mostly at 503 Chillicothe Street.
Off-white paper with color frame graphic, black print typed shares, and signatures of secretary and president, terms on the back. The business was located at 1112 Gallia Street.

Photo image of scanned scrapbook page: pictured is sketch of Frank V. Knauss, born in 1850 in Pennsylvania. He moved to Portsmouth in 1883 and organized the Portsmouth Stove and Range Works in 1889. Knauss died in 1901.
