George Legas had a history in the restaurant business, in 1949 he signed a 5 year lease on property at 707 Chillicothe Street for a Cafe/diner style business. In 1951 the business, known as the Dream Bar, was bought from Legas by Clarence Otworth & Walter Felsner.
