Incorporators included Henry V. Marrington, John W. Glidden, S. R. Ross, J. N. Robinson and A. V. Barringer. Others associated with the company included: S. R. Ross; L. C. Robinson; Washington Kinney; P. I. Iams; Jas. Y. Gordon; Sam'l Reed; W. M. Pursell; Frank B. Kehoe; A. R. (Gus) Turley.
