Colorized image of the old Portsmouth High School. The building was built at the corner of Gallia and Findlay Streets in 1871. It was used for the next thirty years until the School Board sold the building in 1903.

Colored image of the Davis High School on the corner of Gallia & Waller Streets. It had been the home of George Davis before being used as a school from 1902 to 1910. It was razed in 1912 for the construction of the new PHS.
