Portsmouth Public Library 1220 Gallia Street, PortsmouthDecorate an old CD with colorful craft gems. You can turn it into a dazzling windspinner, suncatcher, or a cool coaster to hold tealight candles! This will take place at the main library location on Tuesday, May 26th at 4 pm.
